I couldn't believe my eyes when I stumbled across my computer on amazon with only one star. I couldn't stop laughing when I read the completely incoherent first "review." To the second reviewer, I guess I see your point about the off white lettering over bronze keys... but I also see the keys, so take that one with a grain of salt... I purchased this model refurbished from buy.com at the beginning of the summer and have had absolutely no problems with it. The ATI graphics are much better than the nvidia "go" graphics on my previous pavilion, and it handles heat much better as well. the dual drive bays come in handy with software raid with 64 bit windows 7 pro. Before the 7 upgrade I was using 64 bit Vista Ultimate with no problems. It is very stylish, and the integrated 10-key is a great feature for my work... I use the notebook expansion port #3 to connect to a 23" secondary HP monitor for extra work space... I love this laptop and am actually looking for another for a friend. It does come with some junk software that you don't need (almost all computers do these days) but take the time to remove it (or do a clean install, as i did, and you will NOT be disappointed!
